I’m Roxana, an ACC-certified Transformational Coach (currently pursuing PCC accreditation with Coach Masters Academy), with over 15 years of experience in engineering leadership and people development.

My coaching approach blends emotional intelligence, deep presence, and the belief that meaningful change happens through small, conscious steps. I create safe, reflective spaces for professionals navigating transition — whether personal or professional — with authenticity and clarity.

My technical journey began in 2006, developing a strong tester mindset, and evolved into a leadership role in 2015. There, I combined emotional and technical skills to support both business growth and genuine human engagement.

I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and the value they can bring to any environment when seen, heard, and trusted. After learning the corporate world inside out, I moved into a startup to challenge everything I knew — and to explore new ways of building sustainable growth through people-first strategies.
