I believe the best products are born from actually listening to customers, not from building what we think they need in a 4 AM fever dream.


With 8+ years helping B2B startups (ex. FameUp, SOLO, FieldVibes) figure out what the hell their customers actually want and I've become obsessed with one question:

“What progress are people trying to make in that struggling moment?” and caring enough to ask "why?" until I get to the truth. - hint (it’s emotional)


My approach? Mix behavioral science, buyer psychology, and real conversations with humans (shocking, I know). I’ve been involved in more then 400+ interviews to inform product strategies, features and marketing endeavors.


I believe great products happen when you combine rigorous frameworks with genuine empathy, when you treat discovery like detective work. Delivered more then 50 discovery workshop to define ideal customer profile or product roadmap.


At Narrio, I'm building Google Maps for B2B deals. It connects scattered sales data from emails, CRM, transcripts, notes, into one continuous journey, showing leaders exactly where deals stall and the fastest route to close.


Besides this I’m the podcast host of LaunchPod, the romanian startup eco-system podcast.


Outside of work, I'm a dad to two young humans who teach me daily about patience and creativity. I love football - Arsenal London, dopamine from transfers and understanding tactical moves, and writing things on the internet that show posibility and humanity to my readers.
