Hello, I’m Mihaela – an SAP FI/CO Consultant with a background in Finance and a passion for transformation.

Throughout my career, I’ve led large teams in delivering effective SAP solutions for global clients. My journey began in Finance, where I spent over 15 years building deep expertise in controlling, consolidation, reporting, and business analysis. During the early years, I focused on both career and family, balancing long hours and steep learning curves to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial processes.

I’ve always been drawn to change and continuous improvement, which naturally led me to embrace SAP and technology-driven transformation projects. Transitioning into the IT space as a SAP consultant felt like a natural evolution—an opportunity to blend my finance background with innovation and problem-solving.

Today, I manage technical teams and drive SAP implementation projects at a global scale. Through this journey, I’ve come to value the importance of mentorship—especially during periods of change. Having someone to listen, support, and guide can make all the difference.
