With over 15 years of experience in technology, I currently lead Go-to-Market (GTM) systems at UiPath as a Senior Director. My expertise spans Salesforce, enterprise system integration, tech strategy, and scaling both companies and internal platforms to support hypergrowth. I began my career in technology consulting with large system integrators, then joined UiPath in 2017 where I’ve had the privilege of contributing to its remarkable scale-up journey. Spend most of my career in the UK and moved back to Romania 4 years ago.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused not only on delivering impactful technology but also on building strong, high-performing teams and supporting individual career growth. Mentoring has played a vital role in my own development, and I’m eager to give back by sharing the insights, lessons, and strategies I’ve learned along the way.

I’m especially interested in supporting early- to mid-career professionals navigating complex tech environments or leadership transitions. Outside of work, you’ll find me gardening, golfing, or exploring new places around the world.
