Lucian is a hands-on Engineering Director and active AI researcher, specializing in AI system design, agentic architectures & data-centric enterprise platforms. He combines deep engineering expertise with corporate leadership, contributing to both strategic planning and delivery.

With experience spanning Telecom, Aerospace, and MedTech, he leads and scales distributed engineering and data teams operating across 8 time zones, supporting complex global technology initiatives. He is also the developer of a comprehensive AI training program designed to upskill more than 700 software professionals in advanced AI and Machine Learning topics.

A regular invited speaker at 20+ international conferences yearly, Lucian is committed to sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of future technology leaders. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler who has visited more than 30 countries, always keen to explore new cultures and perspectives.
