With over 20 years of experience in the technology and communications industry, I’ve built a strong track record in leading both people and businesses through complex deliveries and stakeholder landscapes.

I currently lead a geographically distributed team of Solution Architects and Consulting Project Managers at Microsoft, drawing on a background in Industry, Cloud & AI Solutions, and Managed Services. My focus is on enabling diverse, multifunctional teams to thrive and succeed.

Mentorship has been a cornerstone of my growth—thanks to the incredible mentors who guided me, I’m committed to giving back by supporting others in pursuing their dreams and becoming their best selves.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mother of two daughters, an avid trekker, and a rock music festival enthusiast.
