Fascinated by human behavior, I started with a background in psychology and tech, then transitioned into Agile coaching and leadership. My journey hasn’t been linear—moving from Romania to Germany, adapting to a new culture, and rediscovering my path brought both challenges and growth.

After working in support, testing, and business analysis, I returned to my passion: people. For over four years, I’ve coached teams and led Agile Coaches, while also training as a systemic coach. My work blends empathy, structure, and honest reflection.
