Horia brings a wealth of experience in leadership and large-scale event management. During his extensive involvement with the Electronics Students League (LSE) and the National Union of Students in Romania (UNSR), he demonstrated a remarkable talent for mobilizing communities and executing complex projects. He has a proven track record of leading the end-to-end planning of diverse events—from national academic competitions and international robotics contests to large-scale social gatherings with over 1,000 participants. In these roles, Horia successfully coordinated teams of over 100 volunteers, showcasing his strong leadership and organizational skills.

Beyond logistics, Horia’s work has always been mission-aligned with the core values of Bridging Gaps. As a board member and vice president in his previous roles, he focused on enhancing organizational culture, promoting leadership development programs, and championing the interests of the community he served. His experience in developing relationships with external partners and sponsors will be a great asset as we continue to grow our impact.
