Eugenia joins Bridging Gaps with over 25 years of experience in customer service, loyalty and retention and over 20 years spent developing new services, activities and global teams from scratch.

Since 2020 Eugenia is also a certified coach and professional mentor.


“I am a former global cybersecurity leader, passionate about growing authentic people leaders and exploring new ways of improving customers’ experience.

My “voyage” into the people leadership space begun when I was promoted and given a team (of former colleagues!) and revenue sensitive activity, with little to no guidelines. During that period, I understood the complexity of building teams, growing collaboration and understanding what motivates each of us to come to work every day.


After several industry changes and building numerous successful teams, I stepped into the learning and mentoring world. I now facilitate group and individual sessions, working with first-time managers and growing leaders who want to find the right focus split on business and people, for long term resilient results, to build more than just groups of people working together.


I see myself as a very pragmatic and action-oriented person, always focusing on discussing real life situations, beyond theory.

I joined Bridging Gaps because I believe in the positive impact of human connection and community and looking forward to giving from my experience and learning from every interaction!"
