My career has been anything but conventional. Graduating from the Faculty of Philology, no one—myself included—would have imagined I’d end up in the IT world. Had I followed the traditional path, I might have stayed within the boundaries of what was expected. But with the right support, a few people who believed in me, and a deep curiosity to explore the unknown, I stepped into roles I was never “supposed” to. And that made all the difference.

Today, I work in the fast-paced world of fintech, where change is the only constant. It’s an environment that demands adaptability, continuous learning, and the courage to challenge the status quo—qualities I’ve come to value deeply and encourage in others.

Throughout my journey, I’ve always challenged those around me to grow—not by comparing themselves to others, but by measuring how far they’ve come compared to who they were a year ago. That mindset is at the heart of how I coach others to see themselves in the mirror.
