Over the past 18+ years, I’ve worked in Customer Support, Customer Success, and Business Strategy roles, across start-ups, scale-ups, and corporations, in industries like SaaS, BPO, E-commerce, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Professional Services.


I have an Executive MBA (Romanian–Canadian) and I’m comfortable working both at strategy level and close to the day-to-day reality of teams.


A lot of what I bring into conversations comes from experience: things I’ve lived through, mistakes I’ve made, situations I had to navigate, and lessons I’ve had to learn the hard way, especially around communication, context, and reading the room.


I’m also a Certified Trainer and a Certified Career Development Counselor, so I’m always paying attention to the human side of decisions. I care less about how good something sounds in theory and more about how it actually lands with people and what it triggers in practice.


I’m deeply interested in how people think, communicate, and make decisions. My work sits at the intersection of business, behavior, and communication. I believe good customer outcomes and healthy organizations are built through clear thinking, honest conversations, solid governance, and leaders who understand that numbers matter, but people do too.
