Costin is an technology leader with over 20 years of experience in global organisations, working across solution architecture, cloud transformation, and engineering leadership.

Most recently, he served as Director and Capability Lead at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he led multidisciplinary engineering and architecture teams across software, data, AI/ML, and intelligent automation. Throughout his career, Costin has built teams from the ground up, shaped architecture practices, and supported complex digital transformation initiatives across regions.

What drives him most, however, is people.
