With over 20 years of experience in consulting, banking, and IT, I started as a specialist and grew into management and people leadership roles. My transition into coaching came from a deep desire to better understand both leadership and the people behind it.

Since 2015, I’ve been a certified coach (ACC, later PCC), dedicating hundreds of hours to training, mentoring, and continuous development. I believe great management includes coaching as a constant practice—rooted in respect, responsibility, and clarity.

As both coach and IT leader, I help professionals move from self-doubt to self-mastery, guiding them to discover and climb their own “Everest.” Change starts with one decision—and I’m here to walk a few steps with you until you lead your own way forward.
