Andreea brings on-board 20+ years of communications experience. She started her career in journalism and played various marketing, brand and communications roles in media, law and professional services. Her work includes, among others, coordinating a global comms team on 3 continents & supporting digital transformation in an high-performing GBS. 

Now she works as a Change Strategist, supporting professionals, managers & leaders dealing with increased workplace pressures, speed of change and uncertainty, towards more sustainable ways to live, work and grow. 

Andreea loves structure, unconventional choices & helping others achieve better results through strategic storytelling & developing stronger voices and perspectives.
