I work with people in moments that matter or moments of change, those kinds of moments where growth becomes possible.
Through my work in People & Culture, I’ve seen that disruption doesn’t only test resilience. When paired with trust, reflection and support, it builds antifragility (the capacity to grow because of uncertainty). This is where a growth mindset truly matters: not as a concept, but as a practice of learning, reframing and evolving through challenge.
My perspective sits at the intersection of business reality and human experience. I support leaders and teams as they navigate complexity, rethink assumptions and find clarity in transition. I believe performance follows enablement, when people feel trusted, seen and empowered rather than managed.
What drives me is enabling growth. I am deeply passionate about leadership development and coaching, and I work from a coaching mindset that prioritizes reflection, better questions and conscious choices. I’ve learned that real progress often starts when we slow down enough to understand what change is asking of us.
As a mentor, I don’t bring ready-made answers. I bring perspective, honesty and space. Space to challenge limiting beliefs, reframe uncertainty and turn discomfort into learning. I see mentoring as a partnership, grounded in trust, lived experience and curiosity.
And just as importantly, I am open to reverse mentoring. I strongly believe learning flows both ways, and that staying relevant, grounded and open requires listening as much as guiding.
Grateful to be part of this mentoring community and to grow together.
