Empowering developers as an Independent Trainer

I am a software developer with over 10 years of experience designing and leading the development of scalable, microservice-based systems. I have worked extensively in technical leadership roles, contributing to architectural decisions, guiding teams, and ensuring systems are built with long-term maintainability, reliability, and performance in mind. My main technical stack includes Java and Golang, with extensive experience in Spring, Kafka, Kubernetes, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Beyond code development, I truly enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring others. I have been actively involved as a mentor in several technical academies, contributing throughout all stages of the learning process. In addition, I am an independent trainer and an associate teacher at the Faculty of Cybernetics, Statistics and Economic Informatics within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

I strongly believe mentorship is a win-win experience: mentees benefit from real-world knowledge and guidance, while mentors refine their own thinking, shape ideas, and stay aligned with the future directions of the technology industry.
