Creating the conditions for people and systems to grow, even in complexity, change, and the unknown, has been the constant across every chapter of my tech career.

With over 15 years in the IT field, I’ve led global teams across engineering, site reliability, and tech operations, combining deep technical expertise with people-first leadership. I’ve built functions from scratch, scaled resilient platforms, and helped reshape how large organizations deliver technology. What’s always been at the core is a focus on people: creating space for others to grow, lead, and thrive.

Today, as an executive director, I work across complex systems and even more complex teams. Good leadership, to me, is about removing friction - between teams, between tools, and often, between someone and their own potential.

Mentorship is personal. I know what it’s like to grow into leadership without a clear guide…often while navigating rapid change and ambiguity. I’ve been entrusted with big responsibilities before I felt fully ready, and I've had leaders who gave me space, support, and encouragement when it mattered most. That’s what I try to offer others now.
