Adrian Petre
QA Automation Engineer, Co-founder @ CoderDojo
I started my journey in tech through analytics — unraveling how systems behave, what users do, and where experiences break. Working hands-on in Web Analytics Engineering taught me to think in patterns and data, and to always ask why before asking how.
Today, as a Test Automation Engineer, I bring that same curiosity into software quality — connecting business value, customer behavior, and engineering practices to help teams deliver better products with confidence.
Throughout my career transition into QA, I have felt firsthand what it means to navigate the unknown, to build new skills quickly, and to prove yourself in a new domain. That experience shaped what I care about most: supporting others through moments of growth and uncertainty.
Beyond my role, I co-founded CoderDojo Bucharest, mentoring children aged 7–12 to discover coding. Seeing their confidence grow — from “I can’t do this” to “Look what I built!” — continues to remind me why guidance matters.
As a mentor, I create a safe, practical space to think, explore, build confidence, and take the next step with clarity — whether that means transitioning into a new role, strengthening leadership skills, or unlocking one’s own potential.
If you’re growing into something new and need someone who’s been through that journey — I’m here.
